NORA - Arctic Young Chef Competition (AYC)

Aspiring young chefs from Iceland, Faroe Islands, Greenland and coastal Norway has been invited to showcase their local cuisine and culinary skills on an Arctic stage. Chefs and food enthusiasts under the age of 30 meet and compete in the NORA Arctic Young Chefs Competition. 

In Norway the national competition will take place on 12 September 2024 during ArktiskMat Symposium in Mosjøen.
The great finale will also be held in Norway in October!
